Return & Store Credit Policy
We want you to love your piece. We offer returns for store credit only, issued in the form of a coupon code for the approved value of your returned item. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Return Window
You have 7 business days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To request a return, please email us at info@steelnshinejewelry.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Last Call Items
All Last Call items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their item back to us, including the cost of the return shipping label.
Original shipping charges and taxes are not included in the store credit amount.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item and notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, you will receive a coupon code for the full purchase price paid for the approved returned item, excluding shipping charges and taxes. Your coupon code can be applied toward a future purchase at checkout.
If your new purchase exceeds the value of your coupon code, you may apply the coupon at checkout and pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
Coupon codes issued for approved returns cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to the original form of payment.
